Battleground Construction begins by reviewing the project for constructability and compliance with the owner’s desires and budget position. During this review, we make recommendations for cost savings, architectural design refinements and techniques or procedures that will meet the owner’s budget while creating your best project imaginable. The next step is preparing a budget and providing estimates, when the agreement is made, detailed bidding with subcontractors will be undertaken, interviewed and final contracts are negotiated.

Development of the project schedule will occur to set a way for all members to know the direction, budget, as well as what items or systems may cause delays. To minimize their impact, field operations can proceed earlier with this system, a project bought out is not required to start phased activities.
